At Trusted Dental Care, we’re proud to use many of the latest tools and techniques in the field for the sake of our valued patients Advanced technology leads to greater comfort throughout treatment, maximized accuracy, increased efficiency, and more benefits that you’ll experience firsthand with Dr. G during an initial appointment. Our team looks forward to welcoming you in soon! Please contact our Wylie, TX dental office location if you have any questions, or if you’re ready to schedule a first appointment.
Digital X-rays are a crucial part of good dentistry – after all, there’s plenty of information about your smile that can’t be gleaned from just the surface! These high-quality images are instantly available for viewing after capture (no darkroom needed), and any radiation exposure will be kept to an absolute minimum for your safety. Our office can also transfer the X-rays to other practices and/or insurance companies without delay when needed.
Intraoral cameras are a valuable diagnostic tool that go a long way towards helping both our dental team and you, the patient, better understand what’s going on inside your mouth. We’ll be able to view dental wear, small cavities, deposits of plaque, fine cracks, and many more details clearly that may have been missed during a visual examination. Additionally, by transferring the images to a monitor in the operatory, Dr. G can refer to them again and again when discussing his findings with you and your family.
At Trusted Dental Care, we believe that lasers are the future of oral healthcare. Soft tissue lasers can be used to treat periodontal disease, aesthetically recontour gum tissue, and provide other likeminded services with exceptional precision and comfort. In fact, most patients don’t even requite any anesthesia to feel genuinely comfortable throughout the procedure – it’s really that easy.
If visiting the dentist’s office leaves you feeling anxious or fearful, talk to Dr. G about the possibility of using nitrous oxide (“laughing gas”) during your visit. This sedation technique is safely administered through a nasal mask as you sit back in the treatment chair, and within minutes, the patient should feel calmer and more relaxed while still remaining conscious of their surroundings. One of the biggest advantages of nitrous oxide is that patients will recover very quickly from the sedation as well, which means it’s easy to return to your regular routine without delay.
